Comments: Over 80 inches of snow has blanketed the Central Gunflint
ski trail system coming into this 2020 President’s weekend. With the coldest
days now behind us, comfortable temps in the teens and twenties are predicted
for the upcoming days – excellent skiing weather! All trails are open, of
course. Trail base is deep and firm – excellent skate deck. Classic track set
on all trails. All ski trails will be groomed throughout the weekend as needed,
regardless of snowfall. Enjoy these beautiful conditions – see you on the
